What kind of kylling IS this?!

I am going to keep this short.

My god. What in the world is this bird?

Is it a bird? I’m thinking a cross between a chicken and a turkey. A turkey-chicken? But it’s much much smaller than any turkey I’ve ever seen. Maybe a quail-turkey? From far away it looked like it had no feathers, like it’s covered in some sort of scaly skin. Has it been shaved?
