Today was our going away party. I’m glad Marissa was in charge! I was paralyzed by fear of the unknown and the fact that I was about to leave the best circle of friends I could ever wish for.

I am not kidding when I say that my friends are like my family. They have my back and I love them. Words can’t express how much I will miss them.

My hope is to lure everyone over here, one by one. We will scope out all the prospects of life here – really – (I mean, seriously. What do you even do with two months of vacation per year?!) and then they will all join us.

This was the coolest bunch of people ever assembled, here at Marissa’s house. I miss you all already.
